Returns Policy — Super Value Tech

We want you to love what you buy from us. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — no hassle.

30-Day Returns You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Since we sell refurbished products, we inspect and test every item before it leaves us — but if you're not happy for any reason, just get in touch.

To start a return, email us at support@supervaluetech.co.uk with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We'll respond within one business day.

Condition of Returns Please return items in the condition you received them, with all original packaging and accessories included (power adapter, cables, 45 RPM adapter etc.). Items returned incomplete may be subject to a partial refund.

Faulty or Not As Described If your item arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or isn't as described, we'll cover the return postage and either send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and include a photo where possible.

Change of Mind Returns If you've simply changed your mind, you're still welcome to return within 30 days. In this case, return postage is the buyer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service as we can't accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3 working days. The refund will go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a further 3–5 working days to show the funds — this is outside our control but please contact us if you've heard nothing after 10 working days.

Exchanges Want a different colour or model? The quickest way is to return your original item and place a new order. We'll fast-track the refund so you're not out of pocket for long.
