Shipping Policy — Super Value Tech

Free UK Delivery We offer free standard shipping on all orders to mainland UK addresses. No minimum spend, no hidden charges — what you see at checkout is what you pay.

Dispatch Times We pick and dispatch orders within 48 hours of payment being confirmed, Monday to Friday. Our postal cut-off is 12pm (midday) — orders placed before 12pm are typically dispatched the same day, orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the following working day.

You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Estimated Delivery Times Standard delivery: 2–4 working days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. During busy periods such as Christmas, please allow a little extra time.

Order Tracking All orders are sent with a tracked service. Your dispatch confirmation email will include a tracking link so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Packaging Your turntable will arrive in its original manufacturer's box, which we reseal securely before dispatch. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at support@supervaluetech.co.uk with photos and we'll sort it straight away.

Remote & Highland Areas Delivery to some remote areas of the UK (Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland) may take an additional 1–2 working days. Free shipping still applies to all UK addresses.
